Stuart Mackintosh Powers Panthera Expansion

The Panthera Group is pleased to announce the immediate appointment of Prof. Dr. Stuart Mackintosh (profile).
As Panthera Ambassador, he will represent the Panthera Group across his broad global network of financial institutions, central banks, and policymakers, while also enriching its educational and research programmes with his deep expertise in transformation management.
With over 25 years of experience as an international economist, author, columnist, and public speaker, Stuart was leading until recently the Group of Thirty (link), an influential think tank comprised of the world’s top central bankers and CEOs of financial institutions. As the Executive Director, he signed responsible for all the activities and publications of the organization, focusing on central banking, financial regulation, systemic risk, global and corporate governance, and the green transition.
Stuart is also the Editor of Industries and Markets at Business Economics, a peer-reviewed journal that covers topics such as industrial policy, trade, innovation, and competitiveness. In addition, he is a Visiting Fellow at Newcastle University, where he conducts research and teach on climate change economics, the green transition, and the next industrial revolution. Stuart also serves as an Advisory Board Member at Gulf Economics, a journal that provides insights and analysis on the Middle East and North Africa region.
His mission is to contribute to the advancement of economic knowledge and policy through rigorous research, engaging writing, and impactful events. This intellectual journey culminates in Stuart being the author of five books, including his latest: Climate Crisis Economics: A Race of Tipping Points.
